In the in 1980s electical engineering in Saudi Arabia was dominated by foreign
companies charging what the liked to a captive market. Usually changing their government and commerical clients
much more than they would charge their clients in their home countries.
Omar Idrees Kunwar, and electical engineering graduate from the Florida Institute of Technology (USA), saw this and set about
starting a domestic electical engineering company that was founded as Atwaar Al-Handasia in Jeddah to rival the worlds best while providing
Saudi clients with an honestly priced service. Today trading as Atwaar Engineering we provide a full spectrum of electical engineering services
from high voltage electical engineering, tesing and commisioning to turnkey projects and solutions.
Beyond that we now offer our clients services and solutions in telecommunication and IT consultancy. So not only can we power your growth but we can become
an integral part of it.
